Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Luxsive purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be unused and in original condition.
- Item must be in its original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used grooming products (hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless defective)
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us immediately at info@luxsive.com with photos. We'll replace or fully refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email info@luxsive.com with your order number and reason.
- We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refund Processing
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
